FUTURE LEADERS COACHING
Managing for the first time is probably the most daunting undertaking an individual will face in their early career. Whether it’s the step up to manage those who were previously your peers or a new team who don’t know you at all, you’re going to need to tune your leadership style very quickly to deliver your objectives and goals successfully. PinPoint Coaching will be there to guide you through the early challenges and fast track your results.

Coaching takes place over a 6 month period. In the first month we’ll meet for 2 sessions where we’ll explore your leadership style and where you want to grow and create an action plan to deliver your transformation.
Over the following months, we’ll continue to work together to review and tailor your plan and remove those obstacles and hurdles to achieve your leadership goals.

TEAM COACHING
Once upon a time, coaching was focused on the individual. With the advent of virtual teams or teams working across multiple locations the creation of team spirit can be challenging and can result in an inability to deliver on objectives. PinPoint can work with your team to create a shared vision of their purpose and how they will work together to drive value.
Consultation with Team Manager (2 hours)
2 Coaching sessions to define the team’s goals and objectives. (e.g. 2 x half days – 8 hours total) – Coaching sessions and time needed will be tailored to your team,
3 Monthly team meetings will review progress against the targets the team have set themselves. (1 hour)

GROUP COACHING
For individuals who are looking to develop themselves and work with others chasing similar goals. This is an affordable way to gain the benefits of coaching to enable you to attain the best you can be. People who commit to change working within a group environment succeed because of the power of sharing their goals embeds their commitment to change. Think of the success of slimming groups and self-help groups.

How does it work?
2 x 60 minute personal coaching sessions to establish your goals and action plan
4 Group follow up sessions of 60 minutes will be held via web conference where you can share your experiences with other group members and share feedback on the wins and challenges to achieve your goal.
Groups are limited to 6 participants
