I live in a 3 pub village with a cricket green and duck pond with my extremely patient husband, daughter and 2 dogs and 2 cats. In the Summer we can be seen walking the local countryside and driving our 1967 MGBGT weather permitting.

About Helen Rogers
After 11 years experience in midwifery, in 1993 I joined a leading trade union and professional organisation, first as a regional officer and then as a national director, where over the past 15 years I have:
- steered my organisation through a restructuring of performance management
- introduced and promoted coaching within the appraisal system, bringing a focus on personal and organisational behaviours to the fore
My area of expertise is in team dynamics and rebuilding teams where disrespectful behaviour and team discord have resulted in damaged relationships, low productivity and energy-wasting conflict. Through working with team members, I create pathways to identify the root causes and create a positive environment to instil and promote respectful behaviours so that all members of a team are enabled to perform at their best.
I specialise in resolving conflict for individuals and enabling them to discover their real potential and how to achieve it.
Whilst I live in England, I spend a great deal of time back in my native Ireland. I am married and we share our home with a chatty ginger cat.

Before coaching I spent over 9 years in media, marketing and digital advertising. This includes working for MediaCom, partnering with clients such as Shell and The Metropolitan Police to develop recruitment media strategies which focus on diversity & inclusion. I have been able to leverage valuable insights and hands on experience to my coaching services and workshops.
I am keen to work with more companies who have training and development programmes that focus on nurturing BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic) potential and building future leaders.
